We offer "Special" Advising Services to Clients who complete the VDOP Cohort. These services come in the form of "Special Projects" usually identified during Part 3 of the Cohort called "Execution". During Part 3, you are working on your Monthly Closing Process, which means, you are taking a deep dive into your QuickBooks set-up to see if your infrastructure for tracking historical results allows you to measure and monitor your Projection expectations.
