During this 3-week basic Cashflow Cohort, you will assess the Viability of your business idea using a simple 5-Year Excel-based Cashflow Model. Will your business make money? Will it survive over the long haul? You will focus on i) developing the cost and selling price of your product or service, ii) exploring your market potential, and iii) the basic elements of projecting profitability and cashflow. Your goal is to assess the money-making potential of your business vision. This Cohort will introduce you to cashflow planning and help you develop some basic spreadsheet skills. It can also be used to help you quantify financial information required in a business plan. Recommended Pre-requisite: Feasibility Lab.
