Part 2 Viability

During this 4-week Cohort, you will develop a comprehensive Business Plan that will help you launch & manage your business, get a loan from a bank, and/or obtain funds from outside investors. You will assess the Viability of your business idea using a 5-Year Excel-based Cashflow Model. Your focus will be on i) developing a Customer Profile, ii) discovering your market potential, and iii) projecting profitability and cashflow over a 5-Year period. Your goal is to determine if your business will survive over the long haul and make the kind of money you want. You will use the same 5 Key Assessment Factors used when making your Feasibility decision in Part 1, a pre-requisite for this Cohort.
Cancellation: Once you enroll and pay for a course, your Enrollment Fee is Nonrefundable unless, the Course is cancelled by the Business Learning Hub.
