Part 1 Feasibility

During this 4-week advanced finance-based Cohort, you will explore what it means to be a successful entrepreneur by completing a Feasibility assessment for your business vision, whether it be a new venture or a new product or service line for a business already up and running. You will assess the potential success of your vision using an Excel spreadsheet model, a handy Reference Guide, some instructional videos, and 5 Key Assessment Factors. Your focus will be on i) developing the cost and selling price for your product or service, and ii) projecting profitability in three one-year steady state scenarios: a Low Case, a Base Case, and a High Case. Your goal is to make a well-founded "Go" or "No-Go" decision about your business idea using 5 Key Assessment Factors to analyze projected results.
Cancellation: Once you enroll and pay for a course, your Enrollment Fee is Nonrefundable unless, the Course is cancelled by the Business Learning Hub.
