Creator of VDOP & Founder of Business Learning Hub

Debbie is a CPA with her master’s in finance, a former Chief Financial Officer and Compliance Officer, and a Business Advisor for the Colorado Small Business Development Center funded by the U.S. Small Business Administration. She spent most of her career working in the venture capital and private equity industries and had her own small business for nearly 10 years. She has been a volunteer business advisor for start-up and development companies since she retired. She loves small businesses and loves seeing these businesses grow into very successful companies.

And that’s why she never really retired. Instead, she created the Value Driven Ownership Program (VDOP) and founded the Business Learning Hub.

VDOP is a mini-MBA program of sorts for entrepreneurs hoping to launch and manage a high-performance sustainable venture. It’s all about making money---hopefully, more money than you can make working for somebody else. And the Business Learning Hub, a nonprofit organization, is all about getting the knowledge and skills required to be successful by connecting with experts and peers in a fun and collaborative way.
